The RSP Conic: an isoinertial conical pulley designed to enable the training of precise movements involving small muscle groups.

Rotator cuff, shoulder or hip rotators; single-leg exercises; core work; and technical movements where we aim for high accelerations followed by an intense braking phase of a body segment.

Its precision and progressive nature mean it can be introduced at a very early stage in injury rehabilitation.
